1. Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We currently deliver across all cities in Egypt. Orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over 1000 EGP. For smaller orders, a standard delivery fee applies based on your area and order weight.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Payments
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery. You can pay for your order in cash when it arrives at your doorstep.

No, there are no additional fees for using Cash on Delivery — it’s included in your total at checkout.
3. Will I get a receipt with my order?
Yes, your delivery will include a receipt with all order details for your reference.
Returns
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We only accept returns if there was an issue with the product you received (e.g., damaged, incorrect, or defective). If everything is in good condition, returns or exchanges are not accepted due to the nature of our products.
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
