We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Credit Card payments will be available soon and this policy will be updated accordingly.

We currently only ship within Egypt. Shipping times and rates may vary based on location. We do our best to ensure timely deliveries.

Due to the nature of our fresh, homemade food products, we do not offer returns or refunds. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 24 hours and we’ll review the case.
